So as a matter of principle I usually go to independant cafes but a friend wanted to go for a chai latte so we went to Starbucks. It was the old post office building and it didn't seem to have been done up to their usual standards. Rows of dull tables and chairs in a long line. Not cosy and well decorated like most of the other Starbucks or big chain coffee shops. Poor show. Uninviting and they didn't even do reward cards like the others.

ReportLike chain coffee houses or hate them you can beat the amazing selection in Starbucks. I like to try all the variations and they keep me on my toes, and my eyes wide on a cold morning before work.

Yep, I have to agree with ninnykay - consistantly lovely coffee and very pleasant staff.
However, the toilets left a bit to be desired the last time I was in there !
