Where are these new electric buses that the council has been promising since last year???

I just read this in the Echo "The threatened services – which include the numbers 1, 2, 3, 4 and 95 Dorchester town services, the number 7 service to Charlton Down and the 103 to Bovington and Wool – were due to finish on April 16 but Dorset County Council has now agreed to fund them until June 9 while it tenders for longer-term replacement services. The 347 and 387 route between Dorchester and Poole has also been supported."
