Compassionate Dorset's first ever film night will be for a screening of the acclaimed 'Pig Business' and will be officially opened by the Mayor of Dorchester, Tess James.
Plus the group will be celebrating our 2nd birthday so refreshments and cake will be available!
The film follows Tracy Worcester, a mother and campaigner, as she confronts the giant meat corporations that sweep across the world undermining rural communities, human health, the environment and animal welfare. It explains how we can take back control by buying meat raised to high animal welfare standards from the local producers... in short this film is about: The corporate takeover of our food economy.
