£9 million job of building new council HQ in Dorchester advertised

West Dorset District Council today advertised £9 million job of building controversial new HQ in Dorchester town centre.

They probably have to do it now to make sure that if it does get planning permission, they can crack on with it straightaway, but of course the fact remains that it hasn't got planning permission yet.
