You can visit Athelhampton House for a movie too. Yesterday they had From Time to Time, the Julian Fellowes film actually filmed there. Other films lined up include Onegin, Modigliani, The Glenn Miller Story and Sleuth. Not sure if that last one is the original, with Laurence Olivier and Michael Caine, which was also filmed at Athelhampton. It could be the disappointing remake, with Caine and Jude Law. Whatever, the surroundings are irresistable!

We recently went to a wedding here and I was very impressed. The surroundings were wonderful, as was the service and the meal. We were all well looked after and didn't want for anything. In fact the place was so clean and tidy I felt like I shouldn't use the facilities. Very well done everyone. Hate to think what it all cost though.
