Customer service not so good

There is a huge contrast between Bridport and Dorchester Boots. In Bridport, they seem much more friendly and happy to help. In Dorchester, quite the opposite. I hung around at a till where it said staff nearby will be pleased to help. I asked three staff who were talking to each other in one of the aisles and they said they were too busy, try someone on the pharmacy counter. Not what you expect from Boots.
