I inherited a Spa when I purchased my house. For service I called the original supplier in Poole whose level of service was 'average'. I had a leak which I felt needed urgent attention. The company in Poole was on answerphone so I called Ricol. They understood the urgency and responded immediately. In fact they fixed the problem before the company in Poole responded to my message. Since then I have ordered a new cover and headrests. Again Ricol's service was prompt and professional. I have no hesitation in recommending them. Graham - Weymouth
