First of all we would like to thank you for getting are carpets back to its former glory. You were recommended to us by a friend who is a carer to an elderly lady who was very pleased with the cleaning work you have done to her carpets.
Our own carpets that were fitted about 2 years ago (not by choice) came with the flat when we moved in. Being of a light colour it shows and highlights any marks from whatever source they come from. We, at first, wanted to replace them. But looking at the cost and time required, decided to have them cleaned instead.
We won't replace them now until they are truly worn, but have them cleaned on a need to be basis. Thank you again for the efficient work you have done.
